Mindfulness 101 is a 6-week course taught live via Zoom so you can participate from the comfort of your home or office. If you miss a session, a recording will be available for your convenience.
Mary Linda and Barbara, your teachers for this course, are convinced that a live, interactive class is the best way to offer instruction and really help you develop an ongoing mindfulness meditation practice. You will be able to interact with the instructors as well as other participants in the class.

The course includes the following:
Introduction to a specific mindfulness meditation practice each week including informal practices (off the cushion) that can be integrated into work and personal life.
Materials to support developing a mindfulness practice and guided meditation audios for at-home practice.
Weekly email follow-up from Barbara and Mary Linda with articles, videos, and other references to topics covered in class.
60 minutes, weekly on Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Fee: $120 for the 6-week course
