Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the 8-week curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and his colleagues at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. MBSR is the specific intervention used in many of the studies documenting the beneficial effects of mindfulness practice.
The course includes 30 hours of instruction, workbook and guided practices (audio). Email access to the instructor is available throughout the course.
