The aim of this six-week course is to provide you with the instruction, information, and practice to develop an ongoing mindfulness meditation practice.

The course includes the following:
Introduction to a specific mindfulness meditation practice including informal practices (off the cushion) that can be integrated into work and personal life.
Materials to support developing a mindfulness practice and guided meditation audios for at-home practice.
Weekly email follow-up from the instructor with articles and references to topics covered in class.
75 minutes, weekly on Sundays, 4:30 - 5:45 PM
