The rapid pace of change has made work environments feel more volatile and complex than ever.

Whether it’s hybrid work schedules, new technologies, or the increasingly blurred lines between professional and personal time, employees report a sense of overwhelm.

The unremitting stress hurts your team's ability to function at its best.

Organizations are losing experienced and talented staff to burnout, resignations, and early retirements.

Smart and empathetic leaders are making it a priority to provide themselves and their teams with skills to reduce stress and build resilience.

The training is built on evidence-based methods for managing stress and fostering resilience.

This is the best course I have experienced in the last two years.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How will this training benefit me and my colleagues?

Most of us go on autopilot in response to stress. Something causes us stress–an argument, a new deadline, bad news–and we react from habits we’ve spent years cultivating. Some of those habits can actually exacerbate the stress - procrastinating, over-eating, consuming too much alcohol, social media scrolling, staying up too late, etc.. When we react habitually to stress, instead of responding skillfully, we can actually make our experience worse.

Through cultivating mindfulness skills, we can respond to our experiences with more skill and intention. We learn to shift our perception from a focus on what overwhelms us (often focus on the past or the future) and onto life as it truly presents itself - moment to moment. These practices have been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, sleep disruptions, and promote general physical and mental well-being.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO TAKE THIS COURSE?

None at all! Our course is suited for a wide range of participants. Some of your colleagues may be first-time learners while some may already have experience with mindfulness and meditation. The course is learner-centered, meaning it’s designed to make all participants feel comfortable and confident in the process.

How much does the program cost?

We understand that organizations must be pragmatic about how they use their resources. That’s why we’ve designed the program to be competitively priced with lots of extra benefits.

The program delivers an array of tools to assist you and your staff in developing skills for stress reduction:

  • 6 instructor-led, online sessions - an introductory talk, 4 training sessions (recorded for those who have to miss the live session), and a follow-up session to revisit the skills learned and cement new habits.

  • Audio tracks of guided meditations for at-home practice.

  • Weekly email to participants with additional resources and a recap of each class meeting.

  • Email access to the instructor for questions at any time throughout the course.

  • The benefits of a group experience for team building and culture change.

The package is $4,750 for up to 24 participants.*

*Ask me about pricing nonprofits or small organizations (fewer than 10 employees).

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE IN a course?

Online class size is limited to 24 people. This allows us all to be on one Zoom screen which greatly improves the experience for discussion and Q & A. On-site classes can serve larger numbers of participants.

If your group is larger than 24 people, we will schedule two sections for your program.

IF WE HAVE SPECIFIC CONCERNS, CAN WE INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TOPICS?

Sure! I am happy to talk with you about your particular interests and design a program that would best serve the needs of your organization.

Contact me and we’ll set up a quick 15-minute consultation.
